Chartermaatschappij Hanzens TS Avatar processes your personal data in order to achieve the following purposes:
- To fulfil a mutual (travel)agreement;
- To send newsletters, brochures and invitations;
- To improve our website.
To achieve the above purposes we may ask you the following personal data:
- Your full name
- Date of birth
- Phone numbers
- Company name
- Chamber of Commerce number/VAT number
- Passport / ID number
- Diet-information or other (medical) information that is necessary to know of to achieve a good fulfilment of the (travel) agreement
- Name and telephone number of a contact person in case something happens to you during your trip.
We might submit your personal data to third parties in case this is necessary for the achievement of the purposes as described above. We use third parties for:
- (parts) of the travel-arrangements you have booked;
